How many people will fit in the Jeeps?
(4-5) The Jeeps seat 4 comfortably. If you have small children, 3 will fit in the back seat.

How old do I have to be to rent?
You must be 25 and have a major credit card and your own auto insurance with full coverage. You must have an auto insurance card with you as proof of insurance. If not, we will simply call to verify your coverage. No drivers under the age of 25 may drive. This is an insurance rule. (Sorry!)

Are your Jeeps automatic or stick?
We have both and will ask you which you prefer at the time of booking.

Do the tops come off?
All Jeeps are convertible. If you would prefer the top up, we will do so at your request.

How do I know where to go?
Not to worry. We have a route sheet that we give you and explain everything before you leave. All you have to do is follow the course and have a great time.

What if I have never driven a Jeep or in the sand?
We will teach you how to use the vehicles and drive in the sand. You will learn why the Jeep is King of off road!

Do you guarantee that we will see the horses?
We cannot make that guarantee because the horses are wild and have 10 thousand acres to roam. We give you the best possible chance and the odds are in your favor. We have been in the tour business for over a decade so we are good at this stuff. The Currituck Beaches offer much more to see and do than just the horses. You will have a great time. That I do guarantee!

What is the cancellation and reservation policy?
We require a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover to hold the reservation. You must also pay with a credit card. We do not take cash. After making your reservation, we have a 4 hour cancellation policy. This is not negotiable. If you book 3 or more vehicles you will be required to pre-pay for one vehicle as a deposit. Your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel within 4 hours. You will also be responsible for the other vehicles if we are unable to re-book.

What is the bad weather policy?
If it is raining when you are supposed to leave we will re-book you or refund your money. We don't allow "it may rain cancellations". Many times you may not have rain. Our weather is very fickle and the Weather Channel will get it wrong more times than not. Watch the WAVY weather channel or visit www.wavy.com for the real scoop.
